On August 28, the "SANY Group Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Exchange Conference" was held in Ningxiang. More than 80 participants attended, including intelligent manufacturing leaders, technical experts, and key members from SANY Group’s Intelligent Manufacturing Headquarters, Quality Upgrade Office, and 10 major business divisions.

Tang Xiuguo, Chairman and President of SANY Group, called on all employees to deeply study national strategies, integrate “AI+” with real business practices, and accelerate the implementation of intelligent manufacturing. He encouraged the team to set new benchmarks, achieve comprehensive empowerment in innovation, industry, and governance, and showcase the strong capabilities of Chinese equipment to the world, embracing a new era of strength for SANY.

The Ningxiang team shared systematic experience in manufacturing platform planning and construction, and demonstrated core achievements in intelligent manufacturing through a series of on-site activities. These included detailed explanations and practical demonstrations of AI welding technology, highlights of automated machining for structural components, applications of intelligent assembly and adjustment technologies, as well as visits to large-tonnage structural component welding and debugging processes and the internationalized mid-tonnage crane factory. Together, these comprehensively showcased collaborative achievements in process technology, industrial engineering, 3-4-6S practices, and organizational efficiency.

Looking ahead, SANY Group’s Intelligent Manufacturing Headquarters will work hand in hand with all business divisions to jointly build a future intelligent manufacturing ecosystem, featuring “online large models, offline robotics, digital twin metaverse, and collaborative blockchain.”
