On February 15, 2025, a new customer from Algeria visited SINOMADA to discuss the purchase of ZL50GN loaders. To ensure a smooth reception, the business staff confirmed the customer's itinerary in advance, arranged the meeting room, prepared PPT and related materials, and made a welcome poster to show professional service.
The customer made the first inquiry on February 9. After communication, the two sides reached a preliminary consensus and decided to visit to discuss the details of the order. At the suggestion of the manager, the team members went to the high-speed rail station to greet the customer, had a warm exchange during lunch, and introduced the product in detail and recorded customer needs during the meeting.
After the meeting, the team played billiards and had dinner with the customer to further deepen trust, and sent the customer to the airport. This visit gave the customer a deeper understanding of our products and services, and we will continue to follow up in the future to promote cooperation.
